Those just starting out in the game – or returning to it after a break – will best benefit from individual coaching. Players of all standards benefit from periodic check ups.  One to one lessons cost £25 for a 40 minutes or £35 for an hour’s session plus the court light fee of £6.

The cost is £10 per player and members and non-members alike can join in. Expect to hit a lot of balls with friendly people over a fun Sunday morning sweat out.

 

Players able to hit a ball well enough to keep drills going at a relatively fast pace are welcome to join the Advanced session. The sessions are built around drills and condition games that focus on the most common problems and aim to improve tactical awareness. We do a little bit of physical work, as well.

1-2-1 coaching for beginners and intermediate players by arrangement. Junior & ladies coaching sessions also available contact for more info. Younger players also considered (5+).

This session is aimed at younger players and juniors who are new to the game of squash. This is a group session for youngsters aged around 7 through to 12 or 13 with a focus on learning the basics of the game, getting a bit fitter, meeting others and having some fun..
