INDIVIDUAL LESSONS with Ville - £35 + Court Fee for 40 minutes

Those just starting out in the game – or returning to it after a break – will best benefit from individual coaching. Players of all standards benefit from periodic check ups.  One to one lessons cost £35 for a 45 minute slot - plus the court light fee of £6.

SUNDAY MORNINGS with Ville - 9:00am - 10:30am - £10

The cost is £10 per player and members and non-members alike can join in. Expect to hit a lot of balls with friendly people over a fun Sunday morning sweat out.

Places are restricted do the Sunday sessions are limited to 8 places per session. Please book here to guarantee your place.
 

SUNDAY MORNINGS with Ville - 10:30am - 12 noon - £10

Players able to hit a ball well enough to keep drills going at a relatively fast pace are welcome to join the Advanced session. The sessions are built around drills and condition games that focus on the most common problems and aim to improve tactical awareness. We do a little bit of physical work, as well. 

Places are restricted so the sessions are limited to 8 places per session. Please book here to guarantee your place.

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS with Danny 

1-2-1 coaching for beginners and intermediate players by arrangement. Junior & ladies coaching sessions also available contact for more info. Younger players also considered (5+).

JUNIOR GROUP COACHING SESSIONS - Saturday mornings - 9:00am - 10:30am - £5

This session is aimed at younger players and juniors who are new to the game of squash. This is a group session for youngsters aged around 7 through to 12 or 13 with a focus on learning the basics of the game, getting a bit fitter, meeting others and having some fun.. (Please note that we decide when a junior advances to the second session based on current level of ability and age). Eye protection mandatory no exceptions! Contact Danny for details. 

JUNIOR GROUP COACHING SESSIONS - Saturday mornings - 10:30am - 12 noon - £5

Players able to hit a ball well enough to keep drills going, play games, follow coaching supervision and advance their level of play should attend this session by arrangement. (Please note that we decide which junior session a junior attends based on their current level of ability and age). Eye protection mandatory no exceptions! Contact Danny for more info

LADIES COACHING SESSIONS - by arrangement

Danny helps run the Ladies sessions on Sunday evenings at 5:30pm (all ladies welcome) and also offers 1-2-1 and group coaching sessions.  Contact Danny for details.
