JUNIOR SQUASH BOX LEAGUE

We are starting a Junior Box League @ Blackheath Squash Club and it is open to both the Juniors that attend the Saturday sessions and other juniors associated with the club (The age grouping is 13+)

All league matches are played as the best of 5 games. Squash games are played up to 11 points, point a rally ("American scoring") with points scored on each point, irrespective of who served. At 10-10, play to two clear points.

Points are awarded as follows: 1 point per player for playing, 1 point for each game won and 1 point for the winner.

You can arrange to play your matches as part of the Saturday sessions (10:30am – 12 noon) or you can book and arrange to play the matches in your own time as agreed with both players. You will need to send the result to me by email or text if you play outside of the Saturday session.

I have also started a WhatsApp group called Junior Squash Box League and you can be added to this (check if you need parents permission) so that you can communicate with each other and arrange matches.

Dependent on the number of entrants we will expand or contract the number of leagues.
